"I've helped many, many, many children,
thousands of children, cancer kids, leukemia kids"
-Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson was the world's biggest pop star and one of the greatest entertainers to grace this planet, but Michael Jackson's legacy went far beyond his musical talents. While the world gained a legendary entertainer, it also gained a remarkable humanitarian.

From the early 1980's to 2009, Michael was actively involved in helping those in need. Michael always found time during his hectic world tours to visit children's hospitals and orphanages in cities all over the world in an effort to literally heal the world. Michael Jackson is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for his charitable giving and has donated several of his song's revenue to various charities. His passion for helping those in need, including our planet, has been immense over the years and it's my hope that this passion never fades.

Charity of the Month

By giving families a hand-up, not just a hand-out, we empower them to turn lives of hunger and poverty into self-reliance and hope. With gifts of livestock and training, we help families improve their nutrition and generate income in sustainable ways.
We refer to the animals as "living loans" because in exchange for their livestock and training, families agree to give one of its animal's offspring to another family in need.
It's called Passing on the Gift - a cornerstone of our mission that creates an ever-expanding network of hope and peace.

Simple Ways You Can Help

  • Educate yourself - know where the products you purchase come from. Do research to find out if you are supporting businesses that help or hurt a struggling country's economy
  • Donate - donations don't always have to be in a monetary form. Donate old shoes to companies who send shoes to countries in need. Donate canned food to a shelter. Drop off old towels to a humane society or pet shelter.
  • Volunteer - Join a big brother or big sister and help a child. Consider joining a volunteer group (beach clean-up, church, school). Visit children's hospitals.
